c. Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds for subscription boxes are issued as store credit only unless the products are defective or damaged.
Subscription fees are non-refundable after an order has been processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across Canada.
Shipping fees are included in subscription prices, with the exception of remote areas, unless stated otherwise. individual items ordered are subject to shipping fees.
Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

All products are sugar-free or low-sugar; however, ingredients and nutritional information are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change.

Returns are not accepted for subscription boxes unless the products are defective or damaged.
Refunds for all products, including defective items, are issued as store credit only.
