Welcome to Sugar Free Candy & Co.! This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Processing Time

  • Subscription Boxes: All subscription boxes are shipped once a month, on a set date. Orders placed after the monthly cutoff will be included in the following month’s shipment.

  • Individual Orders: These are processed and shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to Canada only.

  • Shipping to remote areas may not be included in standard subscription box pricing and may incur additional fees. Customers in remote areas will be notified before shipping.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping but hope to expand in the future.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Subscription Boxes: Shipping fees are included in the subscription price unless otherwise stated. Additional fees may apply for remote locations.

  • Single Orders/Add-Ons: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.


4. Delivery Times

  • Subscription Boxes: Delivered within 3–7 business days after the monthly shipment date.

  • Individual Orders/Add-Ons: Delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary for remote areas or due to unforeseen delays caused by weather or carriers.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sugarfreecandyco.com. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging for assistance.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
